This Privacy Policy describes how Quiz Funnel (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services available at quiz.try-directquiz.com (the “Service”).
The Service includes a web application and a Shopify embedded app used by merchants to create and manage quizzes.
Information we collect
- Account information: such as name, email address, password (hashed), and authentication/session information.
- Shopify merchant information: such as shop domain and app-related identifiers/tokens needed to provide the Shopify embedded app.
- Quiz and usage data: quizzes you create, settings, and activity within the Service, including basic diagnostics and performance data.
- Payment information: subscription, billing status, and transaction metadata. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers (e.g., Stripe and/or Shopify) and are not stored by us.
- Device and log data: such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and referring URLs.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (including the Shopify embedded app).
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and provide customer support.
